Have gratitude right now
Find one thing or one person you are thankful for. Someone or something that has come into your life and has made it better for you.
Even the smallest thing can count - like the toast you had for breakfast. Or the person who did not cut you off in traffic this morning, but let you in.
Stop now and picture that person or thing and take a deep breath. Feel gratitude. Feel appreciation. And say thanks.
